Description:

A transparent, UV resistant, single component, polyurethane based, ready-to-use, elastic, solvent based, liquid final layer coating and water isolation material. Suitable to walk on. 

 

Uses:

·         Outdoor

·         To provide water isolation at balconies and terraces, coated with materials such as glazed tile, ceramic, natural stone, marble, and floor tiles, without changing the appearance

·         On concrete surfaces, plasters and screed floors,

·         On industrial floor coatings,

·         On mosaics and tile mosaics,

·         On glass and glass bricks,

·         On metals, such as iron, steel and aluminum,

·         On CTP, PVC and polycarbonate roof coatings,

·         On wooden doors and window frames as a protective coating and waterproofing material.

Application:

The surface must be clear of materials which prevent bonding, such as dust, oil, paint, silicone, curing agents, and detergents.

Bitumen, tar and acrylic based surfaces must be clear of any waste left over.

The surface must be dry and free of moisture before the application.

The product must not be used on humid and wet surfaces, and in places where there is water leakage from the negative side and efflorescence.

If required, smooth and bright surfaces can be sandpapered or non-absorbent surfaces can be coated with a suitable primer.

TURKQUA Polyuréthane Glace is ready to use, do not add anything.

Single component TURKQUA Polyuréthane Glace is applied on the surface with a brush, roller or airless spraying gun. At least two coats must be applied. The waiting period between each layer is 8 - 24 hours.

Gloves, glasses and appropriate mask must be used during application.

Final curing takes place in 7 days.

Check if the product is pouring out on vertical surfaces and apply in thin layers.

Consumption                                             :         Approximately 250 - 300 g/m2 on each coat (Varies depending on the surface absorbency.) At least two coats are applied. 

Packaging and Storage:

2,5 kg and 10 kg tin cans

Unopened packages can be stored in dry environments between +15°C and +25°C for 12 months, away from direct sunlight. Since the content in the opened cans will be frozen quickly even if the can is closed tightly, consume open cans first. Stock the cans upwards.
