Description:
A double component, polyurethane based, solvent free liquid water isolation material.
Uses:
· Indoor and outdoor,
· Horizontal and vertical surfaces,
· On surfaces such as concrete, stone, wood and metal,
· Water tanks, swimming pools.
Application:
The surface must be clear of materials which prevent bonding, such as dust, oil, paint, silicone, curing agents, mold release oils and detergents.
Bitumen, tar and acrylic based surfaces must be clear of any left over.
TurkQua Polyuréthane Bi-Extra is packaged in appropriate amounts as two components. 1 kg of component B is added to 5 kg of component A and is mixed with a drill with a mixer bit at 300 - 400 rpm about 2-3 minutes until it is homogenous.
Components are packaged in proportionate amounts. Special attention must be given to this ratio if only a portion of the product will be used.
There is no need for a primer prior to TurkQua Polyuréthane Bi-Extra application.
Prepared mixture is applied on the surface with a brush or a roller. Air bubbles must be removed in 10 minutes with spiked roller and at least 2 coats must be applied. There should be a waiting time of 12 hours between coats. This duration should not exceed 24 hours.
Irreversible gelling starts in 30 - 45 minutes after mixing.

Unopened packages can be stored in a dry environments between +5°C and +25°C for 12 months.
