•HPL-15® is a polycarboxylate and polyoxyethylene based hyperplasticizer for concrete. It has been developed for use in ready mixed concrete giving up to 15 cm slump retention during 3 hours and high strength development in hot climates. HPL-15® provides extreme water reduction, excellent flow ability with optimum cohesion and impressive slump retention characteristics. •For 3 hours, HPL-15 guarantees at least 15 cm sag at 35 ° C.
• Thanks to its specific molecular structure, HPL-15 makes it possible to formulate extremely cohesive concretes, low viscosity with very long maintenance of workability. • HPL-15 is intended to create a strong reduction of water and / or a significant increase in the workability of the concrete thus responding to a wide range of concretes. • HPL-15 is suitable for concretes pumped for very long distances. By its characteristics, HPL-15 appears as hyperplasticizer very suitable for civil engineering sites and the Ready-mix industry. • With equal plasticity, after reduction of the mixing water, we can see: a significant improvement in the compactness of the concrete, an extreme decrease in capillary absorption, • Depending on the dosage, a significant increase in mechanical performance from 24 hours of age. • HPL-15 has water-repellent properties and can be used to reduce the capillary absorption of concrete.
