An epoxy resin based; solvent free, double component epoxy floor primer and penetration material with low viscosity. It forms a film layer on concrete and cement based mineral surfaces.

Uses:

·         Indoor and outdoor,

·         As filler and repair mortar when mixed with appropriate quartz aggregate,

·         Under TURKQUA Epoxy Couche based floor coatings,

Application:

The application surface must be clear of weakly bonded parts and materials that prevent bonding, such as dust, oil, tar, paint, curing agents, mold release oils and silicone. The surface must be dry.

If the surface is concrete, it must be cured at least 28 days ago. The floor concrete must be maximum 4% moist.

The components of A are packaged in proportionately. 2,86 kg of component B (hardener) is added to 7,14 kg of component A (epoxy resin) and they are mixed for at least 3 - 4 minutes with a drill with mixer bit of 300 - 400 rpm until a homogenous consistency is obtained.

In case only a portion of the product will be used, pay attention to mix the components proportionately.

If the surface is not smooth, silica sand can be added to the mixture. A can also be used as a repair mortar with silica sand between 1/1 and 1/5 of the weight.

A is applied on the surface with a roller or trowel. In case a rough surface is required, dry silica sand in the required particle distribution range is sprinkled on A when still wet and let for drying for 1 day and the excess sand is sweeped before coating.

Has to be applied in about 200 - 300 micron thickness.

Unopened packages can be stored in cool and dry environments between +5°C and +30°C for 12 months. Protect it against frost.
